A conference call is when three (3) or more people converse on the telephone at one time. Conference calls are a great way to communicate with colleaques, family, or friends around the country. A conference call can be done in two different ways. One way is to call into a conference center and use a "conference bridges." The second type of conference call is when several people are in one room using a "conference phone" to call one or more people.
Tip reminder - always have the speaker identify themselves before speaking so the rep and other participants will know who is speaking."
